What is it for?

How to use it?

Look at your present situation (A) and yourtarget situation (B). Map out what you arecurrently doing that contributes to buildingstate A, as well as what contributes toreaching state B. Stop or scale down everything thatcontributes to A. Start or scale up everythingthat contributes to B.
